NRA Rifle Instructor Training
The NRA Rifle Instructor Training Course consists of two parts:
Part 1: Basic Instructor Training (6 hours)
Part 2: NRA Rifle Instructor Training (10 hours)
Prior to taking this course, each candidate will need to:
- REQUEST AN EMAIL OF THE NRA BASICS OF PISTOL SHOOTING INSTRUCTOR LED TRAINING (ILT) AND BLENDED ILT LESSON PLAN TO EACH CANDIDATE WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO PRINT/ DOWNLOAD AND BRING TO CLASS, WITH THEIR NRA GUIDE: BASICS OF PISTOL SHOOTING HANDBOOK.
- ENSURE CANDIDATES COMPLETE PRE-COURSE QUESTIONNAIRE
- ENSURE CANDIDATES COMPLETE THE ENTIRETY OF INSTRUCTOR LED TRAINING (ILT) FOR BASICS OF PISTOL SHOOTING OF THE NRA BASICS OF PISTOL SHOOTING COURSE.
Make 90% on Rifle Shooting Exam
NRA pre- course qualification will have a minimum passing score of 80 out of a possible 100 points
